“4 years a go I was unfortunate enough to buy KIA Picanto from another dealer nearer my home and it was very poor service from the word go with rude and totally uncaring staff. About 6 weeks after buying the car I started to use SG Petch in York and never looked back. The friendliness of the staff is very good and they are helpful Always had follow up phone calls after using their services and car has always been returned in immaculate condition. We have recently purchased a KIA Venga and the service and help given by the saleroom staff was, as with all staff first class. My wife and I look forward to many more years with SG Petch.”

Provided better all round information and service than I ever received at Kia in Ripon (Picadilly Garage- I nearly didn't bother with another Kia despite the fact that I like the cars because the dealership response and service was so bad in Ripon).”

“The Sales side was very accomodating considering the complete hash up the bank made with the loan. We got the 3 years free servicing with the car, so will wait and see what the Servicing Dept is like (have had hassle with other dealer servicing depts before and have had to do it myself and give them what for when I've found out what is wrong! They only did this once!) If they aren't up to scratch will go elsewhere.”

“Probably the worst experience of collecting a new car and have had over 10 in the last 8 years so know what to expect. Only after speaking to the General Manager was any type of professional service given and even then when a courtesy car was supplied from the Fiat dealership it was dirty and smelt of cigarettes. Can only think this was just another childish approach from a childish sales staff in the Fiat dealership. I would not buy another Fait from SG Petch; the other dealerships I cannot comment as they are clearly run individually.”
