“We went to the dealers in Hull who were just not interested in selling us a Kia. We'd seen one on AA car finder at SG Petch, York so went for a look. Mike could not have been more helpful, and has already given us a call back to make sure all is well. We got a very good deal on a new Sportage ????”

“I've just bought an Ioniq premium SE electric from the Durham branch of SG Petch. I think the service has been outstanding! I sent an email overnight and had a call back the following morning which was very efficient. I'm very pleased with the car and Chris went out of his way to get the deal sorted as quickly as possible for me. I needed a tight turn around time in terms of completing the deal and Chris made this happen seamlessly. Everything ran smoothly and I was able to do most of the deal via email which really helped. I love the car and would definitely recommend it to others. Five star service! The car itself is a gem and a pleasure to drive. I got a great price on a pre-registered vehicle that other people have been waiting 6 months + for due to delays with Hyundai producing the electric vehicles. They've a couple still in stock today but I'm sure they'll be snapped up soon! Thank you! Tom”

“There was no pressure from the salesman Colin Hodgeson, who was excellent and very helpful all the way from us being the nosey tyre kicker to signing for the car. He went out of his way to be of assistance and to do a good deal for us. Nothing was too much of a problem and there was a nice touch of a video message for us too.”

“Our SG Petch contact Jake, was I believe new to his role, but was very professional and made the process of purchasing the car a very enjoyable one. He was very confident in dealing with us and when he needed to seek further information he told us such. We managed to negotiate a deal that was good for us and SG petch the the showroom staff were really very good. Thank you Jake and colleagues for making the purchase of a car for my wife seemless for me and enjoyable for my wife.”
