“I was using my husbands car after he passed away I needed to replace it as it was getting old- like me!! Charlotte gave me tea and sympAthy ..as well as excellent service.. The rest of the staff were equally as good when I came with family to pick up car..thanks again.. I am always recommending petche's to friends”

“Faults noticed on pick-up. Repairs promised. But, here we are 2 months down the line. No further on. The branch is trying to wriggle out of responsibility. Leaving us to sort the problem. These problems should be rectified before a car goes on the forecourt. Now, I know your thinking that's extra expense. But, generally speaking, you will have to do it. The longer it is left the more it will cost to rectify. If you are buying from this company. Make sure any repairs/problems are corrected before accepting the car. If they are not done to your satisfaction DON'T TAKE THE CAR!! Because after that you are right royally up the creek.”

“Having found the vehicle, I'd being looking for. Traveled from Halifax to Durham, where vehicle was located. After arriving 30mins later than arranged with SG Petch,(roadworks), that was not a problem as it seamed just a quite moment. I was greeted buy Colin, who wasted no time, in showing me the vehicle. Gave it the once over, then Colin ask if I would like to test drive the vehicle on my own, although he or another member of the team would come too, if I wanted. As I don't come from the area, Colin give me a 10/15 min route to take, however if I needed to take a little longer, that was on problem. After arriving back, it down to bashing out a deal. Colin was happy to give me a price, for my vehicle as P/X. We agreed a price, that we both where happy with, deal done. One week later, I arrived to collect vehicle, as Colin was just with another customer, I was offered a coffee, whilst I waited. After sorting out the paperwork, it was time to handover, my clean and very shiny vehicle. Then off I went back home, having a hassle free experience, for me and hope for SG Petch. If the next vehicle I am looking for, turns out to be from SG Petch, I would have on problem, make the drive up to see them. Thanks to Colin and the team..........”
