“We bought a used car from Charlotte at the SG Petch Middlesborough branch. She made us feel very welcome, was in no way 'pushy' in her sales technique and facilitated our requests to inspect the car thoroughly. I very much appreciated the transparency and ease of the transaction. It was our first experience of buying a car from a dealer and Charlottes professional approach, friendliness and the quality of the car has impressed us.”
