She made us feel very welcome, was in no way 'pushy' in her sales technique and facilitated our requests to inspect the car thoroughly. I very much appreciated the transparency and ease of the transaction. It was our first experience of buying a car from a dealer and Charlottes professional approach, friendliness and the quality of the car has impressed us.”
