“Marc McLaughlin and his manager were great and sorted out my new car after much deliberation on my part. I went round all the brands. It’s only one day old so can’t comment beyond the sale but would recommend.”

“When purchasing the car, the sales man Gary was very helpful and pleasant with getting the car I would like from York however he stated it would come up on a transporter however when I came to pick up the car the next day there was 72miles on the car rather than 19miles. This was quite disappointing as Gary had stated that it would be brought on a transporter and not drove up.”

“I find SG Petch friendly and caring , they never rush you and made sure i got the right card for my needs . They let me try my wheelchair in all the cars so that i got the right car for me . The staff especially Les who dealt with me kept in touch throughout the process so i knew when i would recieve my car .”

“Very polite, friendly and professional service. Approachable and relaxing atmosphere made purchasing a straightforward experience. Good contact maintained throughout. Handover not as I would have wanted but they are happy to re-valet. Have helped with insurance cover until I can get my own cover sorted which I very much appreciate. Barring the handover issue I am more than satisfied and would readily recommend S G Petch for a new Fiat car.”

“I have just taken my new car again on finance . I had taken my other car in for a service and M O T and Mandy and Gregg recommended that I look and think about changing my car . The service and help I received from Gregg at the Darlington Branch was way beyond any I have received before . Mandy who is on the Service Desk is exceptional. I will never go any were else to purchase a car. I have purchased cars from you for at least 23yrs. Exceptional service every time . I have never been served by Gregg before but would recommend any friend to call and see him if thinking of changing their car. 👍👍👍”

“Our experience was enhanced by the care and attention shown by Shaun Harker when assisting us with the purchase of our new car.
