“Just bought my third Fiat from SG Petch. The second time that Salesman Kevin made sure the process all ran smoothly. Really pleased with my new motor will be back in a few years for the next one.”

“Un-believable and outstanding sales and after sales service. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson in April, had a problem with radio which is controlled through Ipad contacted Alan in service department who after discussion with Richard sales manager, phoned me to inform me that they had found a new car of same specification and they had ordered it to replace the one I had purchased at no cost to myself. With-in a week I had collected new vehicle which they also fuelled. Un-believable would highly recommend them after such a positive and overwhelming gesture on they behalf did not expect or ask for such a positive outcome. All of which was initiated by Alan and Richard of SG Petch.”

“Top class excellent service from Ray Yates at SG Petch Durham Branch. Not the normal “sales patter”. Picked up 3 19 plates for myself and family. If your looking for good deals and no hassle salesmen then would definitely recommend SG Petch DURHAM. Thank you.”

“We had a really bad experience with another dealer when ordering our Motability car, we dealt with Ryan at the Darlington branch who was really helpful and saved us money when ordering the new car and it arrived before the date, couldn't have asked better customer service and are enjoying our new car, thanks again Ryan.”

“Indie that sold the car to us was very helpful, approachable and friendly. Not the usual ‘car salesman’ we often try to avoid! He threw in a couple of extras for us and kept us well informed on progress of repairs and when we could collect. He made the process very easy and un-stressful.”

“The service I received from the sales man was outstanding. He went out of his way to help me as I have a husband who has Dementia and was finding it very hard to get him in and out of the Honda Jazz that I had and the Kia Stonic is perfect. The sales man Reg Thompson was very helpful when it came to me asking questions. I would recommend anyone to go to him if they wanted to change their car.”

“Very easy to deal with and no sales hassle. Ryan was very good and put no pressure or false sales patter into the conversation. Quick response on part ex value and even moved up on value to close the deal. Everything done without fuss and really happy with the experience. Totally different from the other dealerships who are only interested in the sale. Would def recommend.”
