“I have just had my Jeep serviced at SG Petch Darlington and the it was second to none - an expert job was done by extremely polite and talented staff - could not fault a thing - it is a well oiled machine and would highly recommend them. I bought the Jeep from SG Petch in the first place and could not fault them - buying and servicing you cannot go past them.”

“A very friendly salesman called Connor helped me purchase my new car (Octavia vRS). He wasn't pushy at all and everything was a relaxed and informative experience. He also sorted out a few scuffs on the alloys and they look fantastic. Also a mention for Michael and Chelsea who handed over the car and sorted out all the paperwork and road tax for me. Top garage....any thanks to all.”

“I’ve just received my first motability vehicle, being my first experience at this it all seemed a bit daunting at first. I certainly need not have worried, I was immediately met at the showroom by Shaun Harker , the sales rep , he made me feel so at ease , talked through all my options , told me exactly what would happen next, My car was ordered , all paperwork sorted and signed and within 6 weeks I was in receipt of my beautiful Peugeot 5008, which is beyond all my expectations , One of the major factors that made the experience enjoyable , was the continuity of Shaun’s help, I was always kept in the loop , and dealt with him from start to handover , 5 star ⭐️ excellent”

“In relation to sales service (new/used cars) Petch is hard to beat. The salesmen are very helpful and well informed and listen to your requirements as a customer, working hard to meet expectation. This is the 4th car I've bought from them and have never been disappointed with the levels of sales service. It is just a shame that their after sales service/service department doesn't match up.”
