“I have been a loyal customer for several years and cannot commend the service I always receive too highly.I love the family atmosphere which is apparent as soon as you walk through the door and all members of staff are equally caring.Tony(Hill) looked after me during my recent car purchase but I would also mention Gary and Josh who have helped me on previous occasions.Rebecca is just fantastic on the finance arrangement side.The managers are always welcoming and friendly,ensuring the warmth of professional and sincere service pervades throughout-I know I can trust their advice and relax”

“Honest and fair dealing sales staff we were not pushed into making a purchase. Ryan in sales informed us about every aspect about the vehicle. That was followed by a test drive. After that purchase made in a very informal and relaxed manner.”

“I have recently bought an ex demo 308 GTi from S G Petch Darlington and the service was first class. The Peugeot sales team were spot on, did everything they promised, returned calls promptly and made sure the purchase went as smoothly as possible. Pay them a visit and try them yourselves.”

“From the moment We arrived Joseph was there to help. Throughout the entire process of buying a car from SG Petch Richmond The Staff were fantastic.... there was no pressure selling, they were honest, friendly and the price was very reasonable. When I went to collect the car later in the week, the car was ready to go. When it comes time to replace the car, I will be going back to SG Petch Richmond :)”

“I went into SG Petch not quite knowing what I wanted but I told Lucy Boyle what I needed and how much I’d like to spend and she showed me a lovely Hyundai i30 which ticked all the boxes. She was lovely and patient with me and was dedicated to making everything as smooth as possible, I have recommended friends and colleagues to her in the new year. Very happy with my new car”
