“We recently went to look at purchasing a new car and visited SG Petch in Darlington. We were greeted by a lovely young man, Shaun Harker, who was very polite, friendly and professional. He talked to us about various cars, he was never pushy but at that time we couldn't decide and had other cars to look at. The following day we decided to go back to SG Petch to look at the Hyundai IX20. We found Shaun who was happy to help and he showed us the car in question taking us for a test drive. We were very pleased with the car and decided there and then it was the one for us. All through the process of the purchase each and every one of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to say Shaun is a credit to the team in Darlington.”

“When we walked into there showroom the first thing we noticed was we where not pounched on by car salesmen . they left us alone to have a look at the cars and sit in them at our own leisure. And when we where ready to ask any questions they where more than happy to help us. We talked to a man called Mike who was very helpfull and not in the slighest pushy. And we bought a car there and then because of all the above.”

“I saw a car which interested me on the S.G. Petch web site. Made an appointment to view it. Drove 46 miles, had a test drive, exchanged details & documents. Paid the difference between my new car and my trade in. The deal took 3 hours, journey included. My experience with Mike Whitaker the sales executive was very professional, pleasant and positive. No smarmy gloss! Since 9th Dec. 2017 i have been driving my very comfortable, spacious, quiet and economical Kia Soul EV. Fantastic versatile car. This is the future!”
