“After contacting showroom and enquiring by telephone and speaking to Nathan about car, I found Nathan (sales person) very helpful and courteous. When greeted at showroom by Nathan (sales person) he made me feel very welcome and was very professional in attitude and very informative. I felt very relaxed and at ease.”

“I had a test drive of myJeep Renegade,the car would not start,the salesman said it was because it had been stood for a while,he had to jump start the car,on the test drive i noticed a scraping noise from the brakes,i was told if i decided to buy the car these issues would be sorted out,i did buy the car and picked it up a few days later,i was told everything had been put right.The following morning the car would not start resulting in having to get a neighbour to jump start the car.Then having to travel from Northallerton to York,i was given a courtesy car and my car was delivered to my home address.My issue was the battery was not checked properly just charged up,the battery was eventually replaced and the brakes are still scraping.”

“!Matthew the sales assistant was a lovely person very down to earth not pushy at all like other car salesmen we have encountered .we felt very comfortable he explained everything we needed to know about the car we bought in layman's terms which is what we like straight talking no bull .I would recommend SG petch to anyone excellent service and wonderful Helpful staff”

“I contacted Martin as I knew my husband and I could trust him to help us find the right deal for us both. I have a number of years trust in both Martin and SGPetch in York. As was expected, we were treated with the greatest respect. We are both thrilled with our new cars and will not hesitate to return in the future.
