“Friendly, straightforward & no game-playing or pressurising (which would have made me walk out). Good information given relevant to my needs. Clear on procedures & options for buying + available add-ons. Flexible on time scale & met the one agreed. On pick-up plenty time given by Jack to check car & explain functions & display. Altogether a very pleasant buying experience.”

“Bought a kia niro off them and from start to end the process was very smooth. Les was very nice and this is exactly how a salesman should be. He absolutely did not push the customer for any extras and never made me uncomfortable. Also they offered a fair price for my old car.”
