“I was dealt with quickly and shown a car that suited my needs. The paperwork however, was a bit slow to be sorted I eventually received some in the post after ringing several times, I still have not got anything to say the superguard treatment was carried out. I was told that the cleaning pack would be sent for.”

“Fabulous service from the team and especially Sara who dealt with my sale. Very friendly and not the usual pushy sales talk that you get elsewhere which was a refreshing change! Sara made sure I was kept updated with my delivery date and did her best to get a quick turn around for my car. Would highly recommend!!”

“I was pleased with the whole sales process. I was able to take a test drive by myself so there was no pressure to buy. Derrick was friendly and knowledgeable. Although there was 6 months left on the mot the car was re-tested without me having to ask. All in all a good experience.”

“When I recently bought my car I dealt with Karen who was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. She was very informative on the cars, helpful and friendly and the whole transaction went smoothly. It's my third car from S G Petch and I have always found the staff helpful and friendly and would recommend them to anyone.”

“There was no pressure at all from the salesman Glen Anderson.He was very pleasant and had good knowledge about the car I wanted to purchase.He kept me up to date with regular phone calls about the car I ordered and when I went to collect the car he went through all of the paperwork in a very efficient manner.It was a pleasure to receive such good customer service.”

“The sales team have gone above and beyond, after having the car written off by a third party, the team have worked their magic to find another vehicle, same model at a price that works, I would recommend GAP insurance to everyone. Whilst finances are being sorted with the insurances, SG Petch have been very kind to loan a vehicle, so we may still get around and get the kids to school. A big personal thank you to all at SG Petch, especially the Sales Rep Guy.”
