“When I purchased my car they agreed to service the vehicle before I collected it. When I collected they didn't stamp the service book so I had to drive back to get this done. Whenever I communicated with them they seemed to forget about calling back or dealing with the issue. I am not convinced that the service was actually completed on the car and would therefore never deal with them again.”
