“Rob my sales man was lovely he took time with me. He made sure that I understood everything about the car. I’m disabled and took me out and showed me all about the car, really took time so I felt confident and comfortable driving”

“Apart from the long wait for my car to be manufactured; the whole transaction was seamless. Many thanks to “Steve” for walking me through the whole process. I had not driven for fourteen years, and never driven an automatic, let alone an electric car. Steve passed on his quiet confidence at a level that made it very easy for me to understand. On the day of collection I drove away like I had never been off the road !! Thank you Steve for all your help and making sure I had the car that was the best fit for me.”

“Frankly I was not overly happy at having to wait six months for my new car. However I did understand that this was not the fault of the salesman or of Petch. I recently spoke to another purchaser of the same car as me and she had also had to wait about six months. Hyundai needs to address this issue. SG Petch staff were all friendly, helpful and apologetic for the long wait particularly Tony who was the sales person I dealt with the most. He is a lovely man and always tried to do his best for me. This was illustrated when my car did eventually arrive, about three weeks after I had a stroke and was unable to drive. Tony checked up on me a few times and when I eventually went to pick up my car was very kind and patient as I had not driven for weeks and had not driven an automatic at all apart from the trial drive when I ordered my car in November 2022.”

“First class service. Barry Sullivan could not have been more helpful. Apart from a breakdown on my return journey from holiday on the 9th NOT due to SG Petch but in manufacture the car is a dream to drive. Looking forward to the next 3 years.”

“Not the first time I have purchased a car from SG Petch, or from Roger Crozier. Once again I felt like a valued customer, the deal was fair and customer service exemplary.
