“Dealing with the sales person was frustrating. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The manager stepped in and resolved the issues. Everything went perfectly when I collected the car but I was told that I would get an after sales follow up call - that has not happened.”

“We recently purchased a new car Hyundai Kona from SG Petch. The service we received was excellent. We found that all the staff we came into contact were friendly and helpful. Tony Hill went that extra mile to help us. We recently had been into the local Audi car garage and felt that their service was very poor. SG Petch completely made us feel important and we will recommend them to our friends and family.”

“Lovely experience with SG Petch as always. Recently purchased a Mazda, Ryan and the team have been lovely and happy to answer all the questions Ive had. Very friendly and professional atmosphere, a lot different to other places I have visited in the past. Special thanks to Ryan Robertson for his time and making things as easy as possible for me.
