“This is perhaps the most dificult review I have had to write. If I was just going to review the sales lady who dealt with me then it would be a certain 5 stars; but, I am not, it is the garage as a whole. I must admit I have never brought my reservations regarding Leon FR to them yet so please bear with me. This car SHOULD be V fast straight from garage, but it is not, my previous DS3 Sport would leave this for dead, I was assured this 1.8 version would be lots faster, ha! Not the case. So, really speaking I should not have to go back to garage only 50 miles after a brand new car. Hence, I should have no needs to feel I have to write this, car should be spot on from day 1. Agreed everyone ? @ £21,000 oh but yes. I will go back one day but been much too unwell of late. If it is resolved with a reasonable explanation I will move to a 5 stars, as wasn`t such a bad experience I guess. Sorry G H. Big smiley.”

“Kevin, the salesman, made us feel very welcome, did not pressurise us into buying, explained all the aspects of the car and gave us time to decide. Overall it was a pleasurable experience. On collection day the car was ready, the explanation of the controls was relaxed and thorough. A few days later Kevin contacted us to see if all was OK and said he would be in contact again in six months time. Excellent service throughout.”

“I was worried about buying a new car as my first car had been given to me from my mum when she got a new one, but from the moment I walked into SG petch I felt at ease. Gareth came over and started asking what i was looking for and took me and my partner inside to discuss my options. He was very good at his job, chatty and found me some fantastic deals. I fell in love with my fiat 500 the day i saw it and its the best thing ive ever purchased! Although it is on lease it still feels like mine.”

“Quick and listened to us however I was dissatisfied with the 3 or 4 quotes it took us to get to a price we were all happy with. The initial APR was ridiculous at close to 12%, this dropped to 9 then 7 before we said we would pay cash. They magically came back with 4.5% after this as a last resort of making us finance the car. We still went ahead with a cash purchase. Apart from this, which was quite annoying, we were pleased with the service and at how quickly.we received the car.”

“The staff were helpful and polite. They were not pushy like some sales people and the main thing I liked was the fact that I was involved in the conversation not just my husband a thing I have found in other sales rooms. We were also kept in touch about every little thing,which is nice.”

“Excellent service. Wanted to see a Kia Sportswagon 3 S G Petch had for sale but could not get to York to see it, so a salesman drove it to my home in South Elmsall for me to look at. I decided to buy the car> So the new Kia Sportswagon 3 was delivered to my door by one of the S G Petch salesmen. All the way from York to South Elmsall near Doncaster. Can't ask for better service than that.”
