“I found your salesma Jonathan very polite and help ful but cannot say the same of your manager or admin. Arranging a bank transfer required a visit to my bank ,I have purchased more expensive cars using my debit card. After doing so I still had to wait some considerable amount of time even after the bank informed you the money had been transferred.your admin were totally inflexible and your manager who was keen to tell me how helpful you were did not even come and apologise or explain. Bad customer care and not what I would have expected.”
