“I cant praise the customer service that I received from the Peugeot department highly enough. At every stage of my purchase, from viewing the cars to signing the papers, the salesman Harry Hinchley, was excellant. I now have a wonderful new 208, and I feel like a valued customer. He even phoned a couple of days later to see how things were going with the car. He sent me a thankyou video on my email, which I thought was a thoughtful thing to do. Well done Harry at Peugeot and the rest of the department, who made parting with my money a wonderful experience”

“Friendly service but that's all bought a Kia was told it was serviced yet not changed air filter as i found leaves and moss in the air box change the front tyres but two different type on which feel all wrong in the steering of which I found out when I went to turn round a bend and no steering now having to pay £100 on insurance plus my Priemum goes up to sort it so not happy which now I kept my other car”

“I was instantly made to feel welcome by Reg Thompson (Sales), who was extremely professional and helpful. I was perfectly happy with the deal agreed on a new Jeep Cherokee, but unfortunately it took longer than expected to arrive in the showroom. I also had it confirmed that my first PCP payment would not be taken until one month after I took delivery of my vehicle; however, the finance papers I signed in advance were sent off almost immediately (I was told they would be retained until the vehicle was delivered), which has resulted in me having to make the first payment at the end of May. Needless to say, I hadn't budgeted for this - I didn't take delivery of the new vehicle until May 9th, so expected the first payment to be in early June. I am extremely pleased with my new Jeep, but the delivery and administrative issues outlined above took some of the shine off the purchase, I'm afraid.”

“The salespeople were very helpful and the idea of sending a video of my Tucson to my wife by Richard McGookin was excellent. The purchase 3 days to collecting my new vehicle was outstanding if unexpected. The only area I would take time with is to explain to new Pcp clients how the hand over of their new purchase works as a part exchange on a future vehicle. I did understand the principle but for some it may not be totally clear. Other than this point I've been more than happy with sales ,financing and the car is living up to expectations so far.”

“The staff at York were all very helpful and put the ground work in to make sure we got the best package for us. Not very often you're told you have too much deposit for a PCP without getting cashback but they worked their magic and we ended up buying the car to keep instead. Fantastic savings. Thanks especially to Mike the salesman and to Wayne the business manager for helping out. Regards Phill and Dawn J”

“My car was great as was the help from Joseph in Richmond. But we were trying to buy two cars and the rudeness of the branch manager at Richmond and the staff within the Peugeot side of Darlington left a lot to be desired and lost the second sale due to messing us about and seemingly disinterest. Obviously sales targets for individuals getting in the way of overall company sales and customer satisfaction. Shame as second time I've bought from SG Petch due to brilliant service previously. But won't again at the minute.”

“Very good, non-pushy sales. Lovely showroom. We felt listened to, looked after and felt we were able to reach a good price on a used car. The car was serviced and prepared really well. I had an after sales query which was dealt with quickly and professionally. Very happy and am glad we choose SG Petch Darlington.”
