“Anthony was really helpful and was not overly pushing the additional extras. The car looked in good condition and appeared to be as advertised and the whole process of buying a car was made simple. Everything was ready for the collection time i had chosen and i got a post sales call to check everything was ok. Very happy.”

“Very impressed with the service and advice time and trouble that George Hope gave us. My wife was equally impressed as in the past salesmen tend to just speak to the male and ignore the partner especially if it's a female. “From the moment we decided to buy a new car we thought of Steve Petch's dealership as we had had such good service from them when buying our last car, 6 years ago. Mr Rudd gave us lots of advise on models of cars, extra insurance etc without being at all 'pushy' or forceful. We decided to go for the Kia 3 with SatNav and lots of toys to play with. All of which were clearly explained by Les Rudd. We are pleased with the service received and would almost certainly return to Petch's Garage if we need to change the car in the future. Thank you Mr Rudd Cliff Bowes”

“Excellent friendly customer service, Gary was so helpful, as my husband had died a few weeks ago, and I had never had to buy a car myself before, Gary made it very easy for me, he was very understanding and nothing was too much trouble for him. I cannot thank him enough. I love my new car, and I can highly recommend Kia cars and the staff.”

“great service from a great team, nothing was too much trouble, all queries answered any concerns dealt with and no quibble. once we had chosen our vehicle we were given the best advice on engine size for our needs and the specification that most suited us, and not what the sales team wanted us to have. no problems in recommending S G Petch to anyone.”

“Went to view a number of vehicles wishing to up date what I had. Was given some good advice and a good deal so decided to buy a new vehicle. Was not disappointed and went away from the show room happy with the trade in price and the deal over all. After 24hrs I still felt I had a good deal. Will return next year to the show room to up date my husbands car as he changes every 2years and always gets good advice from the team at S G Petch Darlington.”
