“Sg petch were fab I was a pain in the bum customer who only wanted one thing and it had to be a white connect and there wasn't none available and I didn't want anything else but in the end Matthew from the Durham branch got me one brand new 16 plate yes I had to wait but I didn't mind at all and he was fab from beginning to end and was always there when I was ringing asking stupid questions but he was great and I know if I have any problems or questions I can just ring them there are great I got recommended to them off a friend and I will be recommending them to my friends and family .... fab team thanks to Adam the manager and Matthew from the Durham branch”

“Steve Kennedy was very helpful throughout the sales process. Kept us informed, on a regular basis, of the delay in the delivery of our new Tucson Handover, very professional, he knew all the cars "bells and whistles" and spent time explaining them all. Any problems please don't hesitate to contact me was Steve was parting remarks. Finance sorted by Alan, again very good”

“This is the 4th car we have bought from S.G Petch and although we have dealt with the one salesman (Mike Whitaker) the sales room is a pleasant place to be. After sales care is second to none, a pleasant experience all round. One very happy customer.”

“We were only looking at cars with no intention of buying. Met by a polite and pleasant young man who answered our queries patiently and clearly and was not at all pushy. We called back the same day only to find the car out on trial run - we waited and taken for test drive and the transaction was completed without fuss and so far we are very happy with our purchase and the treatment we received from SG Petch. The name of the young man we dealt with was Mike Jordinson.”

“We were upgrading our KIA as it was now 8 years old as it had always been reliable we knew we wanted another KIA. The service we received from Joseph was very professional,he was polite and knowledgeable. On our first visit he was not pushy he let us have a good look around the new cars in the showroom and the used ones outside on our own being ready when we were ready to seek help. We had been in the previous year but were put off by the sales person who was pushy and kept following us around,we felt pressured in to making a decision on the spot,we were then phoned and emailed which we found was intrusive.”

“A very pleasant experience in what can be a very harrowing time (buying a car). The first salesman talked the sales pitch, didn't offer a test drive, didn't bother to follow up and caused my wife and I to look more closely at other models. However ,the car we chose sold itself, and the second salesman was everything a good salesman should be, and it all went like clockwork. The showrooms, reception and attention we subsequently received were all first class, which is what we expected after our previous two purchases from SG Petch.”

“I felt that the service that I got was excellent until I signed the finance agreement to buy the car. After this I felt that it was extremely poor, it was very difficult to get any factual information about when my car would be delivered, what I needed to do and when I could pick it up. On one occasion I had to ring three times in one night, the first time I was kept on hold for 6 minutes and the second time 25 minutes trying to get information. On top of this when I finally picked my car up it had a large scratch to the back bumper which was clearly visable but no mentioned it to me until I asked about it. I felt like all the effort went into selling me the car and after this no one was interested.”
