“The sales staff could not have been more helpful especially Harry Hichley,I got a fantastic deel couldn't have asked for better , they sorted out getting my private number plates on the new car for me ,I got Some extras put on my car at a very reasonable price witch I'm more than happy with ,I'd really lick to thank Harry and John for making the hole experience of buying a new car so easy and stress free. thank you George Taylor”

“My only comment about the process of purchasing my car was the need to come back to the garage to see the financial adviser. For me this entailed a journey of some fifty miles. Otherwise Jonathan Coates was vert attentive.”

“Very impressed. Prompt service and a good deal (as far as I can tell). The sales executive who looked after me was very good. And I very much like the car. There is one niggle, regarding the SatNav which is not working properly. So I will probably bring that back to be looked at. But otherwise, nice car and very good service. Would be happy to use Petch again.”

“WE have never bought a car from a garage before but we found the salesman Mike helpful without been pushy. He was able to point to a car which met our needs and explained the various features of the car. This was needed as we have had motorhomes for the last forty years and clearly there were far more features on a car. Still working through the manual but I'm sure help is available if I need it. So far very [pleased with our purchase.”

“Love the car that I got! It's a great little car and perfect for what I need it for! I can imagine getting plenty of happy miles out of it. The sales person Georgia was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. I do however think the sales manager could do with training on how to deal with customers as saying "if you don't want to pay that don't buy it, someone else will come along", even though in the end I was asking for a 3% reduction in the price because of items I felt needed to be rectified on the car (which I was told it would be looked at, but I don't think it was) is really a poor standard of building any relationship up with a customer and ultimately means having standing stock of vehicles that I'm sure head office would prefer to have sold, he also used terrible sales patter and used the Internet as an excuse as to why he wouldn't lower the price (p.s paid top end value of the car, but he said it was already very keenly priced) even though I've since found scratches on the car and the steering is out and I'm sceptical that the rear breaks were checked as they seem to make awful noises on a morning (spongy), so I don't think the top end value of the car was worth it. My problem is I don't really have time to go back and forth to garages as I should have had all necessary checks done in the first place. Also when you call to ask for something don't expect a call back, I phoned up wanting an accessory for my SEAT about a week ago and I still haven't received a call. So I just contacted the SEAT customer team who were helpful. Overall it's been an okay experience, it wasn't great. I don't go to car dealerships to have arguments or battles in order to get a good price for a car and nor do I have the time or the patience to listen to dribble from someone who seemingly promotes bad customer service.”

“We had seen a couple of cars that we liked and was in our budget on the website and went along to view. The Sales person Tony was very friendly and very informative. On looking at the cars we had gone to see we also seen another one that we liked, it was no problem to have a good look and to test drive these cars. Upon test driving we found one that suited myself was interested in buying it. We purchased the car, we found the staff to be very helpful and polite. We were very satisfied our purchase and with the service from all that we dealt with at SG Petch especially Tony. We would recommend them to anyone.”

“The staff were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Steve in the Service Department was particularly helpful when sorting out a problem I had with the wing mirrors. David Hutchinson has also been very helpful. Thank you, the car is great and I would definitely buy from Fiat Darlington again.”
