“Just received my new Mazda CX5. This is the 2nd time we've dealt with S G Petch, once again the customer service was brilliant, very pleasant and helpful staff, nothing was a bother, thanks especially to Joe who was always available to answer any queries. There was even a delay in between my old car going and the new one arriving, so they very kindly lent me a car so I wouldn't be left without one. First class service all round, would thoroughly recommend! One very happy customer. Thank you S G Petch !”

“Previously bought a brand new Sportage 9 years ago when I received excellent sales support, over the years things did go wrong with the car from transmission to alloy wheels, but was always supported by consistent warranty. Decided to upgrade to a Sorento recently, and was lucky enough to deal with Ricky in sales through the whole purchasing process and have to say his salesmanship was second to none, honest, helpful and supportive. He is definitely an asset to SG Petch that they cannot afford to lose! I look forward to the same service support in the coming years. Thanks a lot Ricky!”

“Met Chris on the Sunday he valued the car, and his valuation was spot on no need to haggle, chose the car it was luckily one they had in picked it up the following Saturday, fantastic service all the way, I have bought my last 2 cars from SG Petch same great service both times”

“Waited 3 weeks for my car to be ready for pickup due to a part shortage, told it had been serviced to find it has a warning light on the dash ? still waiting for the service history to be forwarded to me, I was told it had a full service history , we will see?”

“I was delighted by the help and professionalism of Gareth Wood who recently sold me a car. Buying a car can sometimes feel like stressful horse trading but Gareth guided me towards the perfect car and was very fair with my part exchange.
