“So with an open mind I looked at Hyundai as my next car. I went to SG Petch Middlesbrough and was greeted by sales Executive Mark who showed me the range of vehicles on offer and showed me the pluses and the benefits of the cars from basic models to top of the range. All the time letting me to freely look around the cars. Suggested I test drive the one I was interested in and then decided to go for it. Amazing sales experience where the Sales Executive Mark has gone above and beyond to ensure I am kept up to date with everything and incredibly understanding with a few bumps along the way (Not the Dealerships making) all in all whenever I have called the dealership or popped in staff have always been amazing and so happy to help”

“On the 1st March 2022, We picked up our new Mazda 2 from SG Petch Durham. This is my eleventh Mazda and by far the best. Automatic, Self charging Hybrid….Brilliant drive. But more importantly was the service received by Alan Copeland….I award him 11/10. He takes the time and effort to explain every little detail. Takes care of all the paperwork, even get a coffee ! If you are going to get a new car, get a Maz..da ! from Alan at the Durham branch of SG Petch.”

“I have just purchased a new Mazda MX5 from SG Petch, this being the third car that I have bought from them. The whole process was dealt with by Ryan Robertson who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Well done SG Petch and a special thankyou to Ryan for his guidance and comprehensive handover of the car. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.”

“After having my car written off I went the same day to SG Petch Richmond and was seen by Joseph. An extremely helpful and pleasant young man, Joseph gave me all the information with regards to leasing a vehicle and after a short time viewing the car options available to me I found my replacement. My new car was delivered to me 5 days later. I am extremely pleased with my Kia Stonic and would recommend SG Petch to anyone looking for a new or used car.”

“Travelling from the opposite end of the country to buy a car has the potential to be a bit fraught with the risk of a car not being as described or missing keys or paperwork etc. No need to worry with SG Petch in Sunderland from start to finish, there was completely transparent communication and honesty on both sides re my car to be part exchanged and video and other images swapped on both vehicles. Given the distance to travel overnight accomodation was also taken care of followed by the following morning a very relaxed unhurried transaction. I've bought many cars over the years and despite the long drive is probably one of the best customer experiences buying a car I have had. Completely satisfied having bought a low mileage nicely specced genuine care. Would highly recommend this dealership.”

“My wife and I are very happy with the Mazda 2 we bought (hers) and the service and deal fitted in with our budget and I only wish I bought my car from them a month earlier. I'm not allowed to use the Mazda!!!! We will return and I shall certainly recommend them to our friends and colleagues .”
