“Daniel was very helpful. Had issues with insurance which was going on for 5 weeks. They kept on saying my car is good to get ordered we've time I called. Daniel kept on resubmitting for the car and chasing it up. Eventually when the car was ordered it also arrived sooner than expected”

“Rob Costello the gentleman who sold me my new Mazda was really very helpful and kind, as was Derek the sales Manager. Would definitely recomend them both to friends and family. Feel, if I have a problem, hope I don't, i would ask for the help. First class treatment given by all at SG Petch. Thank you to you all.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The delays with the provision of the Motability car were beyond SG Petch's control. On the day of the pick up, the car did not have the expected £20 of fuel added so we had to go back to ask for assistance. We were driven by a staff member to BP to get the fuel. When contacting SG Petch for an update, I had to speak to many members of staff. Sometimes the lack of awareness in my case, made me less confident than usual in the Motability process.”

“I had to wait a year for my new Ibiza due to incorrect ordering . I have now had the car just 2 weeks and the infotainment system and screen has shut down altogether . It is not possible to even start it up. I've been told today it will be 5 weeks before it can be booked for diagnostics let alone repair. I am not happy! Very disappointed with the whole process of the purchase, after using Petch's several times before.”
