“Very helpful and pleasant whenever I 'phoned or visited. Tomasz, who dealt with my order was friendly and efficient. He was also patient when I asked him to repeat any information that I hadn't understood first time round. I had never bought a new car before, not to mention an electric car so I needed slow and steady as far as explanation of the process was concerned! I feel that I can 'phone up and ask if I have any questions and so far am delighted with my purchase.”

“I've bought two cars from S G Petch, the first one being a two-year-old Sorento KX3 and the present one a new Sorento diesel Edition. The sales team have been a pleasure to deal with. Servicing and a couple of repairs have been carried out to Kia's specifications and the cars have always been returned valeted. The new model promotion events have also been a good way of keeping up to date with the latest releases.”

“All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful answering questions where possible with mostly satisfactory answers. Although it took nearly a year for the car to arrive from Fiat , probably due in part to world events, S G Petch could not give firm delivery dates which was not their fault really. When the car arrived handover was effortless and the valeting team had done an outstanding job. Thank you.”

“Have used Nissan Durham since I retired in March 2017 and have always had excellent service and good communication. This is my 3rd Qashqai. They are fairly local and this is a big factor for me. Salespersons have always been open and honest and I deem them very trustworthy.”

“Chris was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The whole process was quick, simple and straightforward. After spending hours in other garages going back and forth with offers, it was an absolute delight to explain to Chris what we were looking for, the offer we had seen elsewhere and for him to match and have the deal sorted in under an hour. “I had a very pleasant experience at SG Petch, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the various models on sale, I was offered a good deal on my trade-in and a loyalty bonus for rebuying another Mazda which I did not expect When I collected the car again the staff could not be more helpful in taking me through all aspects of the new car until I was comfortable behind the wheel. My grandchildren enjoyed the brownies”
