“Excellent service from Ricky Doughty at SG Petch (York based) Kia dealership. I phoned about the car at 12.30pm and by 4.30pm the same day all the paperwork and finance agreement had been completed, I had been sent a personal video of the car and delivery had been arranged to my home in Kent (250 miles away) for Monday morning! I have never bought a car "blind" online before, but for anyone unsure especially during the covid pandemic don't hesitate. With a 14 day return period after delivery, you probably have more consumer rights than if you purchased off a forecourt. Nothing was too much trouble for this dealership. The car arrived promptly. It was valeted, taxed and with all current MOT advisories addressed upon my request. It was immaculate inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this well established company which appears to be reliable, honest, reputable and offers good quality cars at very reasonable prices. Thanks to Ricky for making the whole process painless with his excellent customer service, friendly manner and efficiency (and no hard sell technique which I hate). Great doing business with you and thanks for my smashing Kia Carens!”

“After our well used Audi A3 developed an expensive fault we decided to look for a replacement. And not another Audi. I was looking for a Mazda. But I ended up buying another A3! He told us that he had just got a second hand Audi A3 in stock and showed us the car. Immaculate and very tempting, but I was keen to have a change of marques. Joseph was very patient and helpful, showing us a range of other cars on the forecourt, including a Mazda. In the end the Audi was so tempting that we said yes. Very good service, picked up the car a few days later, very well valeted. Happy customers.”
