“A long time ago 1 started buying cars off Steve at West Auckland about 20 to date started with Diahatsu then on to Seat's now on to Fiat 595 what an awsum car , I've always had good service from Steve and the rest of the staff, Excellent firm . Many thanks.”

“The sales process deserves a rating of Good, as the buying experience was pleasurable, with no pressure sales, only good customer service. However, this was marred by my post-sales experience, as I have a problem with how the suspension/shock absorbers make the car feel like a bone-shaker to drive and consequently. I also have an annoying rattle in the boot/tailgate. On contacting the salesperson by email about this, disappointingly I was just advised to get in touch with the Service desk. I would have appreciated and expected a greater degree of ownership from Sales to my problem, rather than expecting me to sort this out. I am now having to wait until 10 September (the car was bought on 1 August) before the Service Department can fit me in on a necessary Saturday, Hence my rating has had to be downgraded from Good to Acceptable.”

“World class customer service the sales person Eric went out of his way to build a relationship with my wife and I he was more concerned in giving us what we wanted not only in the short term for a quick sale but with an eye on the future and a long term relationship were we would want to return to a happy family atmosphere for servicing as well as sales Absolutely a gold medal performance”

“collected my car 29th july checked tyre pressures a few days later 22 ...24 back 26 and 30 front ! I don't believe my car had a Nissan check before it left the garage or any concerns l had delt with I rang and was promised the service manager would be in touch..over two weeks now no call ...”

“I love the car I bought and was Very Impressed with Mike Whitaker who managed to sell me it despite not having a brochure available or our being able to test drive an automatic transmission on our selected model. He kept us informed of delivery and even delivered it to my home in Thirsk where he spent time going through the controls etc.. I honestly feel he is an absolute treasure to SG Petch and would recommend him to friends and colleagues without hesitation.”

“I was very satisfied with my car purchase. The sails man mr.Elijah Watson was extremely professional and helpful, he came across as a nice guy. This is the 2nd car I have bought from Petch and certainly have No complaints. I have wanted an Ix20 for awhile, Elijah found me one close to the spec. I wanted. Thank you very much.”
