“I was very happy with the service provided at SG Petch, particularly from Abby Richardson, who guided me through all the paperwork, and happily sold me an Abarth 595. There was a slight technical hitch with the new car, and as the technicians dealt with it, Abby lent us her company car to go to an appointment, then telephoned when our car was ready. Abby was ably assisted by Alex, who was very pleasant and helpful”

“I visited your showroom just to have a look at your cars mainly the i20. Your salesman Indie Singh approached me and I advised him which car I would be interested in. I took a test drive and discussed part exchange of my car. We agreed a sale the same day and two days later I collected a brand new i20 car. The staff were very friendly there was no pressure to purchase and I absolutely love the car. I would definitely recommend S G Petch Middlesbrough to my friends and family and cannot praise enough the overall customer service I have received from you.”

“Great service - first saw Andrew Kemp (York), asked what we were after (Fiat 500 in soft mint!), tracked one down & arranged for it to be brought to York. Andrew was off sick after initial meeting unfortunately, but a colleague picked up the thread when we phoned to check when it was arriving. Took us out for test drive. Agreed terms, arranged a date to collect, advised it would go for full check & valeting. Came back & met up with Andrew again, car looked fabulous, mats thrown in - he'd even thought to match mat trim to seats! In all it took just over a week from start to finish. No heavy sales talk, just listened to what the lady had her heart set on!”

“Recently bought my Fiat 500X from SG Petch. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Jack approached me on the sales floor and immediately listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was. There was no hard sell to push me past that or take something I didn't need. His understanding and cool approach is refreshing, we all hate a pushy car salesman! Everything was so easy from getting the figures right, to ordering and ultimately collecting. I was kept informed regularly by Jack and everything happened on the dates he advised. Really great sales experience and cannot recommend the team at SG Petch any higher! Good job boys. P.s Jack - I got the private plate! :)”

“I went in looking for a new car i didn't know what make or model of car i wanted but i knew i didn't have a lot of money to spend a month. I was looking at the used cars and i seen a fiat punto 2014 i liked and a young gentleman came out and asked if i would like to test drive it. It was lovely to drive and i had my heart set on it. The gentleman dealing with me was Josh and he was amazing. He asked me what i could afford and done me a deal with what i could afford. The service i received from him was amazing and i couldn't wait to pick it up. When i picked it up Josh had everything organised and ready to go. He took me to the car and helped me set up my phone for the bluetooth and showed me how things worked in the car. I couldn't of asked for a better service than what i received from Josh. I will always go here for my cars now. Thank you!”

“This is the third car that I have bought from SG Petch in Darlington ,and I can't praise them enough. Everyone concerned made the process easy and pleasurable . David and Dan were both friendly and professional and explained everything fully and Dan kept me informed at every step of the process. The video Dan sent on the evening of the day I picked up the car was a really nice touch.Dan is a charming young man and a credit to the company and made buying my new car a very pleasant experience . In the five years that I have been going to SG Petch in Darlington I have had excellent and very friendly service, no complaints whatsoever,and that can't be said of a lot of companies nowadays”

“I would highly recommend S G Petch after receiving excellent customer care and after care. This was our first experience in choosing a car through the mobility scheme. The mobility salesman was so knowledgeable and took time to answer and explain our questions. He arranged a test drive and when we collected the car he gave us a full demonstration. He followed up with a telephone call enquiring if we were happy with the vechile.”
