“I visited the SG Petch Darlington branch in June '16 to purchase a car for my Daughter who had just passed her test. I chose this branch as my wife and I had purchased two cars in 2012 and two in 2015. On each occasion I found the sales team to be down to earth, friendly, professional and straight forward, thankfully lacking that smarmy self opinionated approach of most other dealerships and importantly, not trying to hide things in the figures. I have also found the after sales service to be excellent and return to this dealership despite closer alternatives. This purchase was to be a surprise 18th birthday gift and again we received the usual excellent customer service on arrival and straight forward deal. Our sales person was Dani Kerr (Kia) who truly excelled. Everything was done to maintain the surprise and the false pretence to get my Daughter there. We arrived to find the vehicle in the showroom, with balloons and a banner on it. The impact of this and fact that her first car was a huge deal was clearly understood and anticipated by Dani. It was clearly evident that Dani had taken great personal and professional pride in preparing the vehicle and was superb with our Daughter. I was beyond impressed. I would highly recommend this dealership.”

“Got my new motility car from S.G Petch Hyundai on 24th June. The changover from my old car was very easy relaxed and hassle free. I delt with Mike Jordinson who was very efficient . professional helpful and polite. The car is fantastic. And is a great drive. “Indie Singh was the salesperson for my recent purchase and both my wife and I found him to be very helpful and courteous, even though he sometimes needed clarification from others to some of the questions we asked of the Hyundai Tuscon in question as he primarily deals with Fiat. My one disappointment was the manager did not speak to us in person when negotiating, Indie had to go back and forth. Considering the cost of the car (over 23,000 pounds) I thought it wasn't too much to ask for him to get involved. On getting home I discovered the owners handbook was missing and also the drivers side mat had a hole in it, I rang Indie Singh, who organised a replacement mat and an owners manual straight away.”
