“The Darlington team were very friendly and very informative. I bought a Fiat 500 lounge in White. I can't fault the sales team and finance team! Very happy with the customer service!... Although i do have a complaint about the day i picked my car up, just little things but made a big difference, the car just looked like it had been rushed to be honest, from the stickers on the windows being totally wonky to the interior being marked. I have cream interior and there were black smuge marks all over the steering wheel plus a bug scratch, and on the white leather seats at the top and also on the dashboard, some of the marks i've managed to get off but there are still noticable marks and scratches. Considering the car was a brand new 2016 reg i was disappointed to find all the black smudges etc, ruined my experience, which is a shame because i cant complain about anything else.”

“When I visited the showroom the staff acknowledged me and were not pushy or overbearing. They allowed me plenty of time to look over the cars and answered my questions in a relaxed and friendly manner. Nothing was a bother to them and when I collected my new car they thoroughly explained the controls, set up the radio to my favourite stations and they even connected my i phone to the media system. They followed this up with a phone call the next day to make sure that I was completely happy with the car and that everything was ok. My previous car was a Toyota but my new Hyundai i20 is by far a more refined and better to drive car. If you are fed up with pushy and arrogant sales people then SG Petch is the place to visit, I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

“Went in to look at the Jeep Renegade and spoke to Nick Nicholson. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Jeep range and we ended up taking a test drive of the Cherokee model instead due to it having a higher specification. As we were unsure of the car (particularly its size for our garage) we were offered a full day test drive - we went back a few days later for this and decided on the 75th Anniversary model with the full spec. Throughout the experience Nick was a pleasure to deal with, always taking the time to fully explain the car and the purchase options available. Excellent.”

“Over all the 20 plus years of dealing with garages to buy my car this is the most professional friendly helpful garage I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Full marks to their salesman John who couldn't have done more My wife a retail manager herself was also very impressed and happy with the customer service. Will definitely be back.
