“Highly satisfied with the way that Geoff Urch looked after my Wife and I and did not "PUSH" us into buying the car that we have now got. Nothing was a problem to him and we really appreciated how nothing was to much trouble. I shall be going to see him soon about one or two things that I am not sure about and I think he will be as hospitably to me as he was when we purchased our new our new Peugeot. Denis Grubb, A very satisfied customer.”

“Sales person quite persuasive and went out of his way to accommodate. The only thing that was not perfect was the actual valeting of the car. They seemed to be rushed. Last day of the month?!”

“I visited SG Petch (Mbro') and was warmy greeted by Mr. Gary Maughan. He clearly explained the range of cars available and offered an acceptable price to exchange my car. I explained that I had family members & relations that were owners of Hyundai cars and all were pleased with their performance and servicing. Accordingly, I too purchased a second hand Hyundia from Gary. The transition of my car sale and the acquisition of another all went smoothly.”

“Excellent service from Nick Nicolson, who was very patient with us to find the right car, we choose the Kia Venga 3 and have been very happy with it so far in the 3 weeks we have had it. The only bugbear we have found the reversing sensors are very quiet this seems to be a issue on the Venga's. If fact service was so good our daughter is purchasing a Kia Picanto for our granddaughter and has also ordered a Kia Sportage as well from yourselves.”

“We attended Petch,s as we were interested in the make of vehicle they had. However as I also intended to consider changing my car every two years, I was not really prepared to suffer the depreciation, enter Andy. we asked him about the various methods of getting a vehicle, and (my ignorance) wanted to know about a personal contract idea. Andy explained it all, and it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, so we went ahead with it there and then. If you want a Kia then go to Petch's and ask for Andy, I hope he is not too busy.”

“Picked up my new Kia Sorento KX3 from SG Petch at York on the 20/07/16. The salesman, Martin Phillips was spot on, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Found 2 negatives since I got the car, 1. tyres inflated to the wrong pressure. 2. Sat. nav. not up to date. Informed the service department of the over inflated tyres, they apologised for the mistake. Getting the update for the sat. nav. next week. Both minor issues, but shouldn't happen on a brand new car. Having said that, I have received excellent service from SG Petch, I would reccommend then and I would buy from them again.”
