“The bracelet is lovely and delivery was swift, however the gift bag was crushed, obviously in transit. Maybe a protective card in the package would be helpful as the damaged gift bag spoils the present!”

“My item was received quickly and I am pleased with my purchase thank you. As the package was pushed the letter box the bag is creased. I was in the house so if the postman had knocked this would have been avoided.”

“Ordered a lovely bracelet for my mums birthday during lockdown, delivery was really quick and the gift was lovely. Only downside as it was posted the box it it came in was very bashed. Would have thought they would have put the small box inside something or bubble wrap to help protect it better. Instead was in a bag. Over all very happy with my gift just wish bracelet box wasn’t all bashed.”
