“The neclace is lovely and as expected. I had to contact customer service because it was o. Backorder and I was not aware of that. Customer service was helpful and friendly however, it still didnt help the fact that I received the neclace 3 weeks after ordering it and too late for the birthday. The website should automatically inform customers that their purchase is on back order and require confirmation that the customer is willing to wait rather that it just not arriving on time.”

“A nice simple purchase procedure, and always nice to receive 10% off the cost of anything. Small niggles were that the parcel was signed for by the wife, whom it was bought for. No problem except that the outer packaging has the price and the company name on it so it wouldn't be difficult to get a fairly good idea of whats inside. I hope she puts on her 'surprised' face when she receives it! I was also a little disappointed to not receive the black drawstring Ti Sento bag which came with all of the other bracelets that we have purchased from the range. Still, a nice item at a good price with really good delivery. Thanks.”
