“Ordered a small according to my measurement. It is very snug, but wearable. I kept it to use in a pinch, but am trying another size - M - in hopes of a better fit. Also, the straps are not adjustable, and the bra rides up which makes it very uncomfortable for hours of wear. The M I ordered has adjustable straps. Crossing my fingers this works, I do like the material.”

“I love the Truekind shaping bra. It is so comfortable I can wear it all day. I read many reviews stating this but wasn't sure I should believe it. So glad I took the chance and ordered it. I will be ordering more. The only complaint I have is, it was mailed in an envelope and one bra cup has a crease in it that will not go away. I also like the Truekind boyshort panties. Perfect for dresses!!!”

“The most comfortable bra I have ever owned. I am definitely spreading the word to my girlfriends. I am a young 74yr old and I have tried MANY bras and couldn't wait to get home and take it OFF.. not the case with this one..So comfortable ordering another. I am having one problem when. I choose the one I wanted it offered me a free panty and I clicked the wrong size and can't change it how do I do that? Love this bra!!!!”

“Don't Buy any of the last minute deals they offer you upon check out! Even though it says returns or exchanges are 60 Day guaranteed. All of those "special offer items" they say are non returnable or non exchangeable!!! Being my first time buying with them, I was not sure of the sizing. I took advantage of an offer. NOW IM STUCK WITH AN ITEM I CANT EXCHANGE SO I WASTED MONEY!!”

“I’ve ordered several items from Shapermint in the past and have always had a great experience. Orders are exactly what I asked for and have been easy to return or exchange. My most recent purchase, however, has been a disappointment. I ordered 3 bras and actually really liked them. Unfortunately one of them tore only after wearing a few times. It looks like the hooks on the back weren’t sewn on, just attached with fabric tape. ??? I’ve been trying for DAYS to get in contact with an actual person to see if I can get a replacement with no success. I keep getting sent to the robot chat which offers me the same automated response that doesn’t apply. I’ve tried reaching out on messenger, twice, as suggested. No response. I’ve written an email. No response. I’ve called their 1-800 number and left messages. No response. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that apparently it’s impossible to speak to a real human. If I cannot get this resolved I will not be ordering from Shapermint again.”

“I bought the bathing suit bottom. I love that it comes up high on the belly and is shirred front and sides. Hides a multitude of sins. The green is a pretty shade. I plan on getting more.”

“So far, I love all the products I've purchased. The everyday camis are comfortable, fit well, and give amazing compression. The Truekind bras are comfortable and supportive, and give full coverage. The high waisted boy shorts give perfect compression with comfort. The products fit as expected, arrive in a timely fashion and they offer great deals.”

“Shapermint has been very helpful and quick in getting products sent to me. Their products are certainly good -- I swim in their bathing suits all the time, and they haven't faded -- and they wash well. I do wish Shapermint made the coupon process easier. Sometimes they promise money off for a review, but you have to write down the information right then and keep up with it. Needless to say, I forget it or lose it! It would be nicer sent in a separate e-mail. In any case, I recommend Shapermint to others!”

“I have ordered bras and keep receiving bras that are NOT what I paid for!!! The first time, I received bras that were totally different and NOT in Shapermint packaging. It was in a white plastic mailing package and the return address was a private individual. I emailed the proble And they assured me it would be resolved. New items shipped. Today I received that package and AGAIN, not what I ordered. It was in SHAPERMINT packaging this time, so that was one good thing. Now Inhave the hassle of trying to deal with this problem, back & forth with customer service.”

“Scammers... Do NoT Use them They keep taking money from my account and many others without consent. It is a scam. You sign up to a monthly fee if you buy. Do not do it I bought three tops because I liked them and this is how you treat your customers.”
