“The company will enroll you in a subscription plan without your consent. When you try to resolve the issue after getting billed, you just end up in a loop. None of them actually read the issue, they just go on to explain the benefits of the subscription. I’ve now been billed $4.99 in April (I started email correspondence right then to resolve). There was no subscription listed on my account with them for my email address. After my correspondence with them, I assumed it was resolved until one month later when I received a second charge. Again, I emailed them, and again it was going around in circles. It was discovered that this was through a misspelled version of my email address (I had accidentally transposed two letters with one of my three total orders). They were telling me that I needed to create an account with them for that email address, the email address I have no access to, yet they created an account on their end to charge me a monthly subscription fee. After a few more go-rounds, I’m told they cancelled it. Great! Never received any refunds for the charges, but I went several months without charges to my PayPal account and assumed that was the end of it. Fast forward to September 16th when I receive a new notification from PayPay from Shapermint, but this time for $18.99. What!?!? I have not had dealings with this company since they told me everything was cancelled. Yet again, I am emailing their support team and yet again I’m going in circles. They are not reading what I’m writing, they are not looking back at the issues I’ve had, nothing! Are they even real? Now they are claiming that I went on their site on September 16th and must have opted into some surprise deal. Are you f’ing kidding me? I have not been on their site. Now I’m fighting with PayPal (there seem to be no real people there either), managing a dispute on BBB, and trying to find other ways to warn people of this scam. At this point I have no choice other than to cancel my PayPal account altogether to prevent future charges from this company. This is unreal!!”

“I admit, I was very skeptical about ordering anything from a company I had seen on social media, but I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! I started off with a couple of the wirefree bras - the fit was perfect and extremely comfortable. I then decided to try some other items - the essential leggings and the camis. As a plus-size woman, the leggings made me look so good! I got many compliments about how slimmed down I looked. Nothing was awkward fitting and everything was so comfortable, that you could sleep in them with no problem. I've already recommended Shapermint to several friends.”

“I have rather larger breasts and cannot wear underwire bras. I have been looking for a supportive bra that's also comfortable. I feel I have found that in Shapermint. I purchased the True Kind and got all three colors. I love Shapermint and am recommending it to all my friends!”

“Absolutely just love the Easy Lite seamless wire free Bra. I love that it feels like I’m not even wearing a bra. Soft feel with good support. I wear under my nurse uniform and don’t experience any more digging into my skin.”

“The bras are very comfortable. I have very sloping shoulders though and the straps won't stay up, I've tried two different styles and I haven't found the right style. My one complaint - your commercials show women wearing bras way too small for them. This makes women seem incompetent, that they can't even get close to getting the correct size. As a company for women, please show them in a more intelligent light,”

“What a quality product! It truly is all day wearable. A plus, for me is that I have to wear a compression garment for a medical reason and this fits the bill without being bulky and uncomfortable! I could not be happier with this product!”
