“I ordered the viral bra and the bra was made very well. I ended up returning it and the reason was because I need more of an uplift. I need the wire to help lift my up!!! But I do recommend this bra for others.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered merchandise based on the size guide and all 3bras did not fit. My guess that the C cup I ordered was actually a D and now I have to go through the hassle of returning these Items. I think I won’t be ordering again.”

“I've always preferred Underwire but after watching the video on the site decided to give the sweetheart bra a try. The fit is great and extremely comfortable. I haven't had to tug or pull on it to reposition. The only disappointment is that the video shows it as 2 layers and it is only one.”

“Where is my order. You have contacted me twice this week stating my order was delayed. You also stared that my order would be delivered on Friday, April 11th before 9:00 pm. No delivery. No text from your company. It has been a week since ordering. I expect you will make good on this order by actually delivering it. I honestly will hesitate from ordering again from this company.”

“The quality of the items are exceptional. I have learned to always order a size larger. I have given 4 stars because trying to reach someone to help with a problem is impossible. I've tried for two weeks now and still get computer generated responses. So frustrating! Now I'm getting an email that I only have one day left to return the Shapemint Club returns. Again, so frustrating!”

“I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the all day comfort . I have three now and think I will love this for travel and not worry about how many bras to pack! Easy hand rinse. Don’t forget to pull up from the bottom. Glad I read the packaging first!”

“Great bras, colour fit etc..but had an issue and had one bra delivered along with another parcel containing another bra, a 2 bra pack and a Camí in..which I didn’t need, ended up sending the wrong item back and now have no bra at all. No response from my emails. Cost me £28.99.”

“The ONE bra I found that semi fit correctly, I’ve ordered and never get. All the rest are not made for true large chest women. The size may fit around but not actually cover the breast or visa versa”
