As for the tru bra itself. It is extremely comfortable. I wish the straps on top were a little thicker and I think they sell one that is what I'm looking for so I will try those. I bought 2 bras. I wish shipping was free but all in all, pricing was comparable.
The outside covering does ride up but it is still comfortable and easy to pull back down. I still have lumps but way less than with other bras. This is the 2xl. All in all, I love these more than all my other bras.”

I didn’t have any shoulder pain which is a big problem for me. It did roll down a little at the top but I don’t really see that as a problem. “i like most of the styles. However the ads and emails are too frequent and pushy. Also, the return "if you don't love it" is not really straight forward. I returned a lot of things for exchange. And items kind of trickle in such that I am not sure they match up, and not sure they correct. It is a hassle, to be honest.”

“Very comfortable cotton bra with good support for my age(68) and bra size ( 38C),. I like the bralette. Really needed to get away from the underwire style and these are so comfy. Not 100% the look as an underwire but very close. I'd been in an underwire for too many years and needed a change. I think if anything could use a bit more support on the sides but all in all I'd say good. I've been wearing these for a good year now, size XL. Just purchased 2 more and I purchased an XL and a L to see if it gives a bit more side support. I've been wearing the XL size for a year so we shall see if I'm comfortable in the L as well. “I purchased the same style bra in white and black. The white bra is more comfortable as it only has 3 hooks, but the black one has four hooks. I reordered based on the style number hoping to get 4 bras that all have 3 hooks. Once again, there are 4 hooks on every color except for white. I am disappointed with such a big difference in the same style and size. It's not just cosmetic differences. The bras with 4 hooks are not as comfortable. I'm debating on whether or not to return them.”
“My original package was left outside in the rain. The exchange process was easy and timely. Fit true to size I didn’t expect to feel as comfortable in strapless tube bra because am busty but slim. I ordered a medium and large. The large was too big so I exchanged it for a medium. I would have liked a Coco colored shapwear camisole however only able to get black, white and latte”
