“I love the product, and am a repeat customer because they are so good! But there was an issue with communication with the company, when there was a complete breach of security and all my personal identity information was left exposed on the website. It was very frustrating and is still not resolved.”

“I love how this bra made me feel. No more ribs hurting. It’s very soft, and doesn’t have any metal which makes me breathe in peace. The only this is that, I bought a size that was a bit too big, so I plan to exchange it with a smaller size. Thank you for your wonderful service! 🥰”

“I had ordered a few different coloured tops and when my order came was missing the white one. I contacted customer service and they informed me that it was sent separately. Unfortunately it didn’t get delivered and I was emailed to say it was being returned to sender. I was offered either a replacement or coupon with an additional 20% on top. I was happy for the replacement to be sent and asked if they could send it to my holiday address and very promptly they said they could. 10/10 for service. Iv been kept informed every step of the way. Can’t fault that. Can I just add the items received are brilliant. Smooths out my lumpy bits and really comfy. Can wear all day and not feel restricted. I’ll be buying more”

“Cami is very comfortable. Purchased 2 of the same color but then decided to exchange one for a different color. CR from Shapermint told me not to send back, but to donate it, and the color that I did want would be sent. Very impressed by Customer service - couldn't ask for better.”

“amazing products the cami made me look so put together and confident that really makes me super confident when i am at work. excellent material and does not dig into the body like some other brands i have purchased so many cami's and i think my search for a perfect cami has come to an end i got the black and beige will now go and buy the rest of the colors!!”
