“They had a sale if you buy a bathing suit you will receive a sarong (bathing suit cover) free. I received my order and there was no sarong with the order. I tried to get a hold of the company and no where there is a number to call. So I started a live chat with Patty. I explained what happened then waited 10 min and she came back and asked the same question what is the issue. I said my heavens I just told you but I will tell you again. Waited another 5 minutes for her to come back on and asked me for the 3rd time what the issue is. She said can you tell me again what the issues was, let me tell you at that point I lost it with her. She came back and had the nerve to ask me for a screenshot of the sale (really who does that), she said sorry I can’t help you but give you a 25% off on your next order. One other time they said 10.00 off your order, said not receive that.”

“The customer service is fabulous. They quickly assessed my issue and corrected it immediately. The products are so comfortable and well made that I recycled all my old Bras and tossed my panties for the new cotton Shapermint underwear. I even ordered more tops, short and long sleeve, for my upcoming Alaskan cruise. Thanks for giving me the most amazingly beautiful and comfortable underwear.”

“The bra is comfortable and made of soft, silky like fabric. The straps are wide and adjustable. The sides are nice and wide, covering troublesome underarm flab. The hook closure is 3 wide, which I really like. The bra has a wide edging around the bottom that I have to turn under because I am very short waisted. The bra is more of a workout style bra versus a supportive bra. I would not recommend it for larger breasted women. I bought the bra with a discount code, so the price was very affordable.”

“Bras are comfortable BUT I ordered 4, only received 3 and got email saying choose between credit or wait for same colour to be in stock picked credit can’t use code to get my 50.00 credit used up. NOT HAPPY”

“I kept seeing and watching the ads so I finally decided to order. I started with 2 bras and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort. The first time I wore it I forgot I was wearing a bra. I then tried the camis and found that the reviews were true, I didn’t need a bra. I’m sold, the bras are exactly what all the reviews say”
