“I was very skeptical when I brought this bra because it was not an underwire. However, I was very tired of underwires poking me and jabbing me. This is amazing. It feels good. It looks good and it holds the girls up very nicely. It feels so nice. It is so soft. I wash it in a garment bag and it comes out nice and I also try it on low and I hang it to dry the rest of the way it’s Amazing it washes and drives beautifully.”

“I still don't know if my exchange is going to happen. I can't go back and return it again because I'm told the refund has already happened but I see nothing happening. I just want a different color because I never got to choose my color.”

“I bought 3 Shapermint bras. Love Love Love all 3. They are so comfortable that I have even wirn them to bed without an issue. I am a larger cup size and even without the underwire, I feel like I have great support. Not saggy! Thank you Shapermint!!”

“I love my shapermint items. There is only one issue I'm having with the bralett I ordered. I don't have a flatter stomach and have lost a lot of weight so it's lose skin so the low part that looks so great on the flatter tummy models just rolls up under my breasts. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars this time. Also if you could do the shaper shorts for tall big girls would be amazing. I'm 6'1" and not a little girl. So the shaper shorts are almost boy shorts on me. 😄. But your products are amazing and customer service is top notch. I will continue to shop for items and look forward to possibly new expanded items for a larger audience of women. No photos or videos on this item but I still like wearing it even with the roll up.”

“Poor quality Extremely poor customer service On Website prompts I was only able to exchange for another product not get refund. Second product was worse than the first. And again no reply to my messages from customer service. The exchanged product was received in a beaten up torn package. I suspect it was someone else’s return that was shipped to me. Terrible experience all around. And still no refund.”

“I received the wrong order, things that I did not order. When I went on the website to ask for an exchange, so I could get what I ordered. The "Chat" is automated, so you do not have the option to choose the correct thing. So, I sent an email and got and automated response saying that it could be 1-3 days before I received a reply. It has been a week and I haven't heard a thing! If you look at what I ordered, then go look at the emails that I was receiving, showing what I was getting, you can clearly see that it was NOT the same! I knew before I got my package that it was wrong. I just want what I ordered. Your customer service sucks!”

“While the material is more comfortable than other bras the sizing is misguided. According to the size chart, I should be a large; but the large is somewhat uncomfortable.”
