“I had ordered an incorrect size (I was between sizes) and asked if I could possibly exchange. No problem! Not only was I asked to NOT send the original bra back, but rather, donate it to charity, but my newer bra was posted the very next day! Now THAT’S exemplary service! Thank you so much Shapermint for such an unparalleled level of service. So incredibly happy and impressed!”

“The quality is so rich and feels lovely. The fit for the camis, the leggings, the bodysuits are wonderful, and help me feel more "shapely", not lumpy and bumpy! I have stomach issues, but I never feel constrained--so comfortable!”

“Company does not stand behind its products. Leggings are a very thick, rough material that looks and feels very cheap, not as advertised. Purchased with a 60 day refund/exchange, tried to refund, company now says “final sale” although not final sale at time of purchase. Save your money and shop with a company that has integrity and values its customers.”

“This company is a complete rip off. They say you asked for a membership at checkout, which I did not, and NINE MONTHS later I am still paying a membership fee that I can not seem to cancel. They write me when I post this information and tell me they are sorry and will cancel my membership immediately (I have text to prove this) and then the next month I see their charge on my banking statement. Now I am left with nothing else to do but cancel my credit card, which is a pain because I need to inform all the legitimate companies I deal with, of the change. Please if you are having the same problem, and I have heard from many of you, report Shapermint to the Better Business Bureau. I definitely am doing this today!”

“Shapermint is a scam. I ordered a one piece swim suit and a swim suit bottom at the same time. The bottoms were delivered. The one piece swim suit was never delivered. I cannot contact anyone about this. I have emailed the company. I have gone through the AI bot, all with no luck. I have asked for a refund and got no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!”

“I’m a huge fan of the cami’s. I bought two different colors and love the way they smooth and shape. They’re comfortable and don’t ride up. Also, they provide strong support and help minimize the bust area which is helpful for larger chested women. They smooth the tummy and back rolls, with a slimming effect. I wear them almost daily now. I ordered three more after getting the first two. Love this product!”
