I've had 2 different Sherpas now assigned to my flawless dsc raid order. Neither of them completed it. The second Sherpa actually made an attempt to get it done but failed. He said he would get on the next day and get it done but never got on. Days later, he said he told his team that the order needed to be completed asap. Couple days later, still nothing. Communication has been bad from both Sherpas. I'm currently waiting on a third Sherpa. This has been dragging on and on and on and still not done. Not what I expected after paying $130 for a single order.

Paid for the flawless trials run. Was contacted by a “Sherpa” saying they were hopping on within the hour. Been 6 hours since then and no one has logged into my account to complete the order and the “Sherpa” is no longer responding to me. Feel like I got scammed.

I have used them before and this was the worst txt me and wants to put it off for the next day will not use them again will find someone else they are paid to do a job and back out

I apologize that we were not able to complete your order before Bungie disabled Trials of Osiris for the weekend. Your order was scheduled to be completed 12 hours after your purchased was made, however Bungie disabled Trials shortly before the scheduled start time.

I went into trials 3 days in a row and it never got done.. 3 hours each day. Finally on monday i asked for a new trials team and the guy in the customer support said he would make it happen even though the reset was next day. well needless to say, he never got got it done like he was saying he would. I really wanted that flawless gun and it didnt happend, very upset, I got my money back but thats not the point, I really wanted that weapon and i played all weekend with my sherpa and didnt happen.

My run never got completed. I reached out several times, regave info, was assured my run will be soon over 3 day. Then reset morning I reach out again and now they can't complete it. Customer chats were always pleasant, even though nothing got moved along. You folks need to do better with communication on the actually play with runs.

I really don’t like doing this, but 48 hours after order placed, and one curt “we’re going to get it done today” email, I’ve not had my order fulfilled and so am leaving a poor review. I so wanted to get the HC and Shotgun this week so I put in a specific request for this week - having had great results in prior orders. Feel down about it, but what else can I do?

I bought the trials flawless on Friday afternoon and till Sunday still nothing. I asked two times what’s going on? They said my order is coming soon and they will send a message when the player ready. They communication is very poor.
