Got a boost the pricing seemed very reasonable. The communication is extremely poor and on top of that, they are very slow. Only once did they reach out to confirm that they received the order never reaching out to update me on progress. I reached out multiple times over the span of 8 hours to hear "He should be reaching out to people to find the soonest possible time for someone to take your order but I’ve currently not heard back" I reached out 3 separate times and each time just got a response similar to the one quoted above. Also their live chat website does not work or they simply do not check it to respond

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR Money!! Paid for a service that never got completed. My Sherpas name was Aron. He took hours to respond back on several occasions or chose not to respond at all, made excuses back to back including false statements that he would have it done today, then tonight, then in the morning even if I’m asleep. Only to never have completed the PAID service! Unbelievable and completely unprofessional. Hope anyone reading this values their time and consistency for a paid service like I do. I won’t be using this so called “Sherpa” service again and will be getting a refund for my time.

Hi Darius, your Sherpa is in a slightly different time zone than you which is the reason for a slight delay in response time on your order. Your order for Rufus Red Border Pattern had progress done on it before the weekly reset and then was going to do the checkpoints and full raid attempt to get Red Borders today. The raid is only farmable once every few weeks so it is a once a week process until its the Featured Raid. If you have an issue you can gladly come to customer support and ask us whats going on or to sort out the issue. He seems to have kept you up to date raid by raid on progress. Reach out to us at customer support and let us know what we can do to help.

I ordered a 3x run for the new raid to be done on a hunter. I wanted a chance to get a full set of Raid armor. I assumed it would be done back to back or over the course of 3 weeks or something. Instead, the sherpa logged on to my account and played a totally different Raid for a different client using my character. He then started my order for the new raid. He used my source materials and upgrade resources to bring armor and weapons up to the current level in order to use a specific loadout that he wanted to run the raid with. He ran the new raid on all three of my characters back to back instead of just using my Hunter as I had ordered. It was in the order to use my hunter for 3 runs in the new Raid. I contacted customer service the next day and messaged with Mike. He blamed me for the whole thing. Said I should have been more specific about my wants and needs. Seriously, like WTF?

On December 23rd 2022 my girlfriend as a gift bought me a trials carry because I really wanted to go flawless the day that we were supposed to play my job called me in I had to go to work the person did try to reschedule it but because of my work schedule couldn't do it on the 25th of December 2022 I asked for a refund The Sharper who was supposed to play with me told me he would contact the admins well that was over 3 weeks ago I'll be more than happy to provide you with all information that you need from my credit card and text messages I had a situation that I do not have my debit card anymore so I need somebody to contact me about my refund or you know what let's try to reschedule again I just need somebody to talk to me about this

Haven't been able to be contact and no one has contacted me in over 24 hours. My sherpa power went out and was suppose to get a new sherpa. I'm not happy about this. My order would have been completed this weekend.

Extremely rough. Paid for a Trials carry and it was a 5+ hour struggle. The Sherpa's struggled to get past 2+ wins without any losses, something I normally easily do with random blue berries. It took hours to progress and then the Sherpa's friend had to leave because it got too late and we had to play with blue berries until another friend got on. I honestly didn't think we we're going to even make it. Not what I was expecting for $50 for a trials carry.

Hi Adam, This was for the Timelost Fatebringer during the Vow of Disciple raid release week. Due to a lack of players being high enough (I believe you need to be 1561 to deal damage) it was very difficult to do these orders. We tried to have sherpas with these orders reach out about the issue of finding players with high enough power to do these orders. Most of the people that orders we discovered were not high enough power to do any damage and the playerbase to complete this activity just wasn't there this weekend because of all the players prepping for day one raid. We gladly will offer you a refund on your order and a free Timelost fatebringer when it is back around in a few weeks. We are really sorry about the issue. -Sherpas of Destiny

"God roll services, in particular, can take multiple days to complete due to the RNG nature of the service." How about multiple weeks? This service is slow to the point where it feels like you're being scammed. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and I'm no closer to having it fulfilled than I was on the day I placed it. Dismissive, unhelpful customer service and lazy 'sherpas'. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.

Hi John, I'm looking into the issue that transpired here and asking our admin team what happened. I cannot find in the history of your order numbers being talked about in our LiveChat support. God Roll orders can take a while but certainly shouldn't take several weeks. I believe this was for a Found Verdict godroll order and with this type of order you have to have unlocked the Found Verdict which takes 5 weeks. I'm not sure if that was the issue or not, please feel free to come into Livechat and talk about this issue with us or by email as well and we can get everything fixed for you. Also If an order is taking too long for your liking please always feel free to come into LiveChat and ask for a different Sherpa for your order. -Sherpas of Destiny

My first experience was 10/10 but the second time I purchased a run through dsc it still hasn’t been completed as of 24hours later despite their employee contacting me to tell me he logged in then did nothing still has been unresponsive and their support here is also as useless I waited for 4 hours supposedly was the “first in queue” the whole time and haven’t heard a word from them despite multiple emails requesting info on what was happening

Played trial flawless with mistrix who as a great guy however he had to go and we couldn’t complete it. Then the next day I had to wait 6 hours to get a new sherpa and then Chris said the reason was MY FAULT even tho my email was right because it worked fine with mistrix anyway got the objective complete but overall very disappointed from the team and will be telling all my Friends to stay away from this site 😕
