I did get what I paid for. Asked for a refund for what I received compared to what I ordered. No word back from Sherpa. This was my third time using them and disappointed with the results.

I paid for the Vex Mythoclast and Catalyst Completion but the sherpa ghosted me and my attempts at contacting support went unanswered. While I did get pretty good service for the Grasp of Avarice when it launched, I effectively spent $120 on nothing and was ignored when I asked for a refund.

I placed my order on 10/31 and it still hasn’t been completed. My Sherpa reached out once, in the middle of the night when I was sleeping, then never again. I’ve sent a few notes to him via chat and sent an email to your support email address with no response from either yet. I’ve been checking my email and Sherpa account several times a day. The end of the season is in about 2 days so it doesn’t appear this will get done before then. I’ve used this service before and have been very happy, not sure what happened this time. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered a Vex nearly a year ago and the Sherpa has not yet fulfilled the request. They stopped communicating with me eight months ago and I haven't heard anything since. I've even emailed customer support for a refund a couple of times but have been ignored. For as much money as I spent on this, I DO NOT recommend this service.

The service was fast and quick. However, I paid for to have bounties completed but the bountues was not done. Reached out to the Sherpas regarding this and have not heard back.

Basically my order was a very stressful process, with many negatives and a few glowing positives. Negatives * My order took 33 hours to complete *My initial boosters communication was awful. He sent me a welcome email and i instantly replied to ask about a start time, to which he apparently went to sleep without checking my response. *I was given another booster who said he would start my order in 3hrs. He never started the order, nor did he give me a reason for this. *Various emails i sent to the first booster and the helpdesk were flat out ignored. Positves *Both Charles and Chris from the live chat were excellent. *My order was refunded and i was given the service free of charge. This was all thanks to charles. *After i sent my final email to customer services booster "Keith Savage" took my order. Keith was awesome, he was very polite and gave me progress updates throughout! Ultimately if i had a decent booster to begin with non of the above issues would have happened. It took a lot of stress and messaging to get my order resolved in the end.

Painfully slow response time from support. Been waiting 2 days now for my order to be taken and done. No contact from a sherpa, no contact from customer support. So disappointed because normally they're great. May not be giving my business anymore, not that you care.

I believe your service are still very professional but the fact that it took three days to complete with no communication from the original Sherpa was very stressful especially since I usually do my own Grand Master but was stretch with time this particular week. I hired your service to get a piece of mind knowing that I would probably have no time to complete it on my own but it ended being very stressful I hope this was just a hiccup I don’t know the logistic needed to face a higher number of orders but from my end it came accross at being your main issue in getting my order done

Prompt and fast completion time. But my sherpa changed all sorts of things on my character from builds to sensitivity, audio, and various other settings. It'd be fine if he at least reverted them before giving the account back to me or even took screenshots before changing them so I know what the settings originally were. But honestly it took me longer to try and fix this than the actual Sherpa run

They ran on my character and did get the job done, but also deleted a exotic weapon, switched out my setting and didnt return them to original as well as used up my materials and re mod my character to their liking.

I don't often leave negative reviews. I understand things happen. I placed my first ever order exactly 24 hours ago. I never heard anything until 11 hours later, and I think that was only because I went back to the customer service chat and asked why I hadn't heard anything. Nonetheless, I was assured my order would be tackled the next AM. Well, it's 1 PM now and, unfortunately, I have heard nothing and my inventory has not changed, meaning no one has worked on my order. I can deal with waiting, but when I'm assured one thing will happen, then it doesn't, it is very frustrating for me, especially if there is no communication. I'm giving this 2* because the customer service is really friendly and responsive, otherwise, fairly disappointing.

This is my first experience with a service like this and likely my last. I put in the notes that I’d like to learn and would appreciate tips and advice. Instead, my “sherpa” was rude, spent most of our games yelling at our other teammate and myself, and never spent any time explaining any tips and strategies. Instead just voiced his frustration when I couldn’t read his mind for what he wanted. I honestly wanted to quit before we accomplished our task. He took something I really enjoy and just wanted some good teammates for help with and instead made it absolutely no fun at all.
