Honestly, I was a little disappointed in the service. My Sherpa had difficulty inviting me to the fire team as he was on a different gaming system (even though I specified I was a PS5 user when I purchase); so, the raid started almost 30 minutes late. Secondly, I felt as a bystander during the entire raid. The Sherpa was kind, but the rest of the team rushed through the all the encounters. I never got a full experience learning the mechanics and participating. I was relegated to standing off to the side while the rest of the team, basically, ran the raid in spite of my presence. I didn’t feel I was participating at all. The entire thing was over on 45 minutes. Anyone wanting to learn form these sherpas, this is t the service for you. Also, save the extra cash and just have them run it for you.

Raid carry, excellent. 5/5. Trials carry, huge mess. 2/5. First mixed review for SoD; other reviews have always been 5/5.

They did good on getting the the flawless. But I had selected the 50+ games and to pick the loot up at the chest. None of that was done

I haven’t received the gear yet and order hasn’t been completed. Sherpa has been in good communication and supposedly will be complete before the reset today at 1pm.

First time using this service and have some mixed feeling about it. Set up and getting conected with my sherpa frag was fast and efficient. Sherpa did a fantastic job with teaching me some tips and tricks about trials but unfortunately it was a toxic map for trials and was quite difficult. First try we got to 6 wins and lost at the gates of the lighthouse. Wasn't able to finish the card that night and had to wait until the following day to try again. We ran again and tried in the flawless pool but once again lost at game 4. Sherpa then had to get another account which took some time that hadn't been flawless to join in and on our 3 try we got it done. For the time it took it wasn't worth it compared to other carries ive had found on LFG. $30CAD vs $70CAD for the same thing is a big difference. Once again my sherpa frag and salty were awsome and would enjoy playing with them again but just not for that price point. Thank you for the service and your time.

Normally I have had a great experience but this last time was less than happy. I purchase a passage for my warlock and my hunter. I purchased the play for part because I was away for the weekend. I received a message on Friday asking when I would be on so I could be carried. Not what I ordered. I reluctantly told the person that fine I would be able to get on Sunday night. I received another message Sunday asking the same thing. I confirmed it then a few hours later received another message from someone else saying they were going to begin my card. He messaged me awhile later stating it was complete. I looked on my hunter just now and found that even though I was told they went flawless on him I only have 5/7 wins listed, my card was gone off my character which would have allowed me to purchase a second adept weapon..Needless to say that is not what I paid for.

I would have say I paid for the fast pass and it wasn’t very fast ultimately it took about 72 hours for my order to be completed however the Sherpa I had after the first one never contacted me caster reached out and informed me of when I would be able to have this completed had it not been for him I wouldn’t be satisfied

Hey David! We apologize for the slow turnaround time, the previously assigned Sherpa had a family emergency that he needed to attend to. We will be refunding the fast pass that was added due to the slower turnaround time. In the future, we will do better.

Service was completed pretty quickly. I noticed on my destiny App that my card for my trials run was completed for about 30 to 45 minutes. I messaged the person handling my order if it was completed and he/she then said yes. I ordered a flawless run and for the lighthouse loot to be left alone. The person running my order went and got the loot even tho I ordered it to be left alone. I asked why it was picked up and was told that the group took them to the Lighthouse. Why give us the choice of loot pickup if it isn't going to be left when we ordered it?

Clear your schedule... I did the Flawless Trials card and played for 10 hours to get it completed. We reset an uncountable amount of times. But, it got done and the guys were actually really good.

Sherpas and the helpline were extremely helpful. However my order is yet to be complete in nearly 72hrs. I get there are lines etc but to not be notified if i have to wait or not or even be contacted as well regarding an estimate how long until it will be completed makes me very concerned for the safety of my account. However Sherpas ofDestiny haven’t failed me before with the last package i did and i was very impressed by the professionalism

So 5 stars go out to Abolishs for getting my flawless trials done. Absolutely amazing guy who got my trials order done quick and has been extremely helpful. However 1 star goes out to two other sherpas that have been assigned to my flawless dsc raid order. I'm having to request a third Sherpa to be assigned to this because the first two Sherpas have failed at getting it done, communication has been poor, and I feel like this order has been dragging on and on and on. My dsc flawless order has yet to be completed. Mad respect for Abolishs, though!

Didn't get all I paid for. Paid extra to complete trials bounties and didn't have them all done. Paid extra in the raid and didn't even get the spoils.

Started out with Steezy and Ivan. Steezy was doing a great job and leading the team. Routinely, Ivan was third and not helping much at all. He lagged out of a match, had connectivity issues, and the most egregious part he was on a phone call for over two hours, not listening or communicating. I finally had enough and complained. Steezy agreed and kicked Ivan from the team. Brought in Steve and the three of us cleaned up the competition. Steezy and Steve were great. Ivan was unprofessional and doing no one any service. He made the first two hours a complete disaster but I appreciate Steezy for hanging in there. Thank you Steezy and Steve.
