“I do not like buying online…especially when it comes to wool.
I like to touch and feel what I’m buying. However, I needed an exact colour - again difficult to achieve when buying online. Shirley Wools got it right- it was the perfect colour match. What a relief!
I purchased via Amazon (unfortunately), because I cannot warrant paying £25 on yarn to get the free delivery.
Just one other comment…I couldn’t read the ‘about us ‘ section on your website, due to the font used.”
“Wool ordered on 6th September and received In Ireland, today (Monday 14th) . I was a bit worried as some reviews not very complimentary.
The only email I received was acknowledging my order. I would have expected another when order was posted. If I had received the extra email I would have given this 5 stars. Thanks”
