“The boots appear to be of sub-standard quality, and I would like to return them, but since I am in the US, there is no mailing label offered or help with returning them, so I am stuck with them, which is a waste of my money and that is not pleasing at all. So I am not happy with your company, sorry.”

“Very impressed. Not seen this company before but ordered my Fred Perry shoes which were delivered in 3 days via Royal Mail. Website, value for money and communication is excellent and would use again. I would however suggest the company investigate UPS or DPD, as Royal Mail struggles these days, but this is not a negative for this review. 5 stars for Shuperb.”

“Very good service. Easy to use the website and everything came quickly. I also managed to get my things on offer which is always nice and they are reasonably priced next to their competitors. The neoprene boots do offer something different when it comes to not trapping mud underneath which I have not found anywhere else, so it means I can walk through my house without needing to take my boots off.”

“Purchased for my husband for walking the dog etc through muddy fields and windswept beaches. He was surprised at how amazingly comfortable and warm these boots are even after walking in them for a couple of hours and the price of them compared to other similar boots is a steal. A great product, well packaged for the on time delivery and they perform exactly as expected. 11/10”

“Great service, received shoes quickly. First shoes felt a little small so I returned them and requested a size higher which were perfect. Sonal dealt with my refund in a very professional manner. She was polite and helpful, a great "ambassador" for the business!”
