“Lovely boots with warm lining exactly what I wanted for winter. Nice leather and soles and an added bonus being waterproof.I ordered both a 4 & 5 as wasn’t sure of sizing I kept the 5 .”

“I saw the shoes in a shop but they didn’t have the right size. I made a note of the manufacturer’s code and found them on line. £75 in the shop £52 on line, bonus. I decided to pay £1 up front for return by no need the shoes fitted like a glove and felt like slippers, totally happy with them.”

“Delighted with the boots I ordered although they didn’t arrive in the time slot indicated on the website. Maybe it’s because I live in Northern Ireland but I ordered them on 26/11 and they didn’t arrive until 6/12 which is def much longer than the estimated 2-3 days estimated so that was a bit disappointing . However, I’m really pleased with my order, they’re exactly as described and so I’m a happy customer. Delivery time is only reason for the 3 stars.”

“Ordered a size 9 which came up too big. Paid for a return postage label so returned the boots with no problems. Awaiting a size 8 replacement. So far so good”

“The boots are fine (subject to fitting the recipient at Christmas) as was the delivery but when I opened the undamaged bag I found that the box was badly torn. This must have been knowingly packed in this condition which I don't think is right. Suppose I return them, what's to say you won't say that they are unacceptable due to the condition of the box. A note inside the box about the damage would have been the least you could do.”
