“It would have been a 5 star rating but ordered size 9 boots but was sent a 10. Returned them requesting an exchange only to be informed that I was being refunded. After pointing out the error received a apologetic phone call and reordered the boots. They were delivered quickly and the boots were great!”

“I ordered a pair of patent dress shoes from Shuperb via ebay and they arrived promptly and looked very good quality... however although I had ordered a wide pair they were not wide enough for my feet. I did not force them as they would have to be returned and only tried them on on a carpet and with thin socks of course. I returned them via ebay and was credited immediately without fuss. A shame, as I had to wear an old pair of dress shoes for my "do" My fault I guess for having very wide feet. I will be wary of ordering shoes online again. Thanks anyway for the prompt refund. RCH”

“I bought a pair of loafers and was very impressed with the quality for the price. They are a good pair of shoes, not great, but they are a great value for the price. They are real leather and appear to be well built. They are very stylish. i did find them to be narrow. i would recommend you go up half a size.”

My predilection has always been the ENRIQUE Men's Cuban Heel Reptile Leather Boots which is no longer available from Shuperb? Other franchises do sell them but some seem to lack probity!”

“Ordered these Boots for my Hubby as he can’t usually wear Boots as he has a ‘fixed ankle and can not bend it to get boots or wellingtons on! These however have a zip either side so are easy for him to put his foot in without the need to bend his ankle. Great Boots, worth the money.”
