“items arrived promptly , unfortunately i had to return the trainers as they were too small . Not Shuperb`s fault , different brand to my usual .( ordered a size bigger than normal ) Sent items back to which i have had acknowledgement they have been received , but so far still waiting for a refund .”

“The shoes I ordered arrived quickly and they were exactly what I ordered. Thank you. I returned them for exchange as I realised I preferred the alternative colour. The return/exchange instructions were clear and worked well. The exchange happened with tracking information as advertised. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you.”

“Roamers, 5 eyelet desert boot. Haven't worn these 'proper' yet, but seem to be a nice quality pair of boots. Nice soft, comfortable suede with a quality finish, stitching etc. A generous fit, so will suit those of a larger, wide fitting size. Overall: Smashin' pair o' daisies!”

“Website is well laid out and easy to use, the price was excellent and the boots arrived promptly. I had to return as they were the wrong size, the process to print off the free returns label was straight forward, I'm just waiting for my replacements now.”
